Lodge your claim
Contact your insurance company and lodge a claim. If you are not a fault make sure you provide as much information of the other party to avoid any disputes or hold ups.
When speaking to them, mention you would like Currumbin Autobody Repairs to do the repairs
Onsite Assessment
Come in to see us at 4 Leonard Parade, Currumbin where we will do an onsite assessment.
Once we have prepared your quote we will send it through to your insurance company.
Book in the repairs
Once we have received the authority to go ahead, we will book your car in.
For minor repairs the estimated repair time is 3-4 business days.
Repairs Completed
We will contact you once the repairs have been completed.
If it is a third party claim there is generally nothing to be settled. If you were at fault and you have an excess, you can either pay your insurance company directly or pay it to us once your car is repaired.
